Polyethylene Pipelines

Redline Contracting has successfully completed numerous polyethylene pipeline projects since beginning in 1997. Redline employs highly experienced permanent staff with both local and overseas Polyethylene (PE) background. Redline's Polyethelene Fusion Technicians are accredited to Australian Industry Standards.

Redline Contracting has a range of current model McElroy fusion equipment which enables fusion of HDPE pipe sizes from 50mm to 900mm in diameter.

Given the civil based experience and excavation equipment Redline Contracting owns and operates , together with polyethylene fusion equipment and expertise in house, a complete package can be offered to clients.

Subcontract services are available on a project specific basis.

Our installations include services to mining (Lake Cowal Water Pipelines Project), watermains (Lake Cargelligo Project) , Salt interceptions Schemes (Buronga Salt Interception Scheme ) and Horizontal Directional Drilling (PE Fusion Installations for HDD).

Our more specialised facilities include provision of PE pipelines as a Tite-liner and Slip-Liner HDPE liners for steel petrochemical and slurry pipelines.
